Our Support Center

TRMS supports a fully-integrated Support Center available on our application portal.   Should you require technical assistance or simply have a question about one of our modules you can open a technical support incident ticket via the Support Center.   All tickets you create can be tracked via the Support Center, allowing you to easily monitor the progress of your support requests.   Tickets created via the Support Center will receive a response from our technical support team within 24 hours.

Web-Assisted Support

Depending on the nature of your support request we may offer to provide you with guided on-line technical assistance.   Using the latest in screen-sharing technology our technical support experts can access your computer screen remotely and assist you with your support request in real-time, just as if they were sitting beside you.   Additional charges may apply for our web-assisted support services.
